Parties: (i) Albert Rust of Husborne Crawley, Beds, clerk in holy orders and John Shelton of Ridgmont, Beds, clerk in holy orders. (ii) Most Noble Herbrand 11th Duke of Bedford. (iii) William Inwards Roberts of Lidlington, Beds, farmer. Reciting: - (i) are the present incumbents of the Benefices and Parish Churches of Husbourne Crawley and Ridgmount. - (ii) is the patron of the said Benefices. Operative: - In consideration of £1031/5/- (i) with the approval of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (See attached plan which shows the Glebe land at Lidlington belonging to (i)). (a) Pieces or parcels of land containing altogether 22a 1r 9p at Lidlington, Beds now in the occupation of (i) and shaded pink on the attached plan. The property lies on the N and S side of the Bedford to Bletchley Railway Line and is close to Lidlington Station. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii). Intended to be witnessed and signed by F. Baron Tanqueray, clerk to Mr. F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn; Rowland E. Prothers of the Bedford Office and the Assistant Secretary of the Board of Agriculture & Fisheries.
