(iii) Edwards Creameries Limited whose registered office is at Granby House, Granby Street Hampstead Road, London, N.W. Reciting: - (ii) was incorporated on the 2nd Jul 1907. - Trust deed dated 11th Jul 1907 between (1) (ii) (2) (i) whereby (a) was conveyed to (2) upon certain trusts by way of securing certain debentures issued by (1). - According to the trust deed, (i) can concur with (ii) to sell (a) and (i) will receive the income. Operative: - In consideration of £100 (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii).
