(iii) Edwards Creameries Limited whose registered office is at Granby House, Granby Street Hampstead Road, London, N.W. Reciting: - (ii) was incorporated on the 2nd Jul 1907. - Trust deed dated 11th Jul 1907 between (1) (ii) (2) (i) whereby (a) was conveyed to (2) upon certain trusts by way of securing certain debentures issued by (1). - According to the trust deed, (i) can concur with (ii) to sell (a) and (i) will receive the income. Operative: - In consideration of £100 (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (See attached plan) - (hand-written) Piece or parcel of land at Winslow, Buckinghamshire of 210 square feet and having a frontage of 21 feet to Station Road. Bounded on N by London & North Western Railway and W by the cemetery. Habendum: - Unto and to use of (iii) discharged from the recited trust deed. Covenants: - (i) acknowledges the right of (iii) to the following deeds: - Conveyance dated 28th Oct 1890 between (1) Richard Cross, Benjamin Parrott Septimius Harpur & Thomas Cross (2) Thomas Price Willis, Thomas Essex Neals and Augustine George Stevens (3) John Thomas Green. - Indenture dated 11th Jul 1907 between (1) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray (2) (ii).
