    Probate of the will of George Featherstonhaugh of 66 Syston Street, Leicester, mineral water manufacturer; formerly of 1 Abbey Park Cottages, Abbey Park Road, Leicester: - G. Featherstonhaugh died on the 17th Nov 1906. - His will and codicil was proved at the District Probate Registry of Leicester by Mary Branson (wife of Frank Benjamin Branson) the sister of the said deceased and the said F.B. Branson. - Gross value of Featherstonhaugh's estate was £402/13/5 and £3/14/3 was valued as estate duty. - Signed by H. Pickering Clarke, District Registrar on the 6th Mar 1907. - Including extract of said will dated 21st Dec 1905 by Frederic Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor: Appointing: - Father in law William Edward Kirby and sister Mary Branson joint executors. Bequeathing and devising: - Legacy of £5 to executors. - All real and personal estate unto executors in trust that they sell and convert the same into money and stand possessed in trust for my two children Annie Mary Featherstonhaugh and Lillian Appleby Featherstonhaugh with power to apply the income for their maintenance during their minority. - Said M. Branson to be guardian of my children and bring them up. - Signed by Frederick Pochin of Leicester, solicitor and Albert Pochin his clerk. Extract of codicil dated 1st Mar 1906 whereby the appointment of William Edward Kirby as executor was revoked and Frank Benjamin Branson was appointed in his place.
