Letter from Broughton, Broughton & Holt solicitors of 12 Great Marlborough Street, London, W. to Frederic Tanqueray, esquire... 'We have placed the following memorandum on the disentailing assurance of 3rd Dec 1866. "Memorandum. Part of the Wolfhampcote Estate of about 263a 2r 16p was on the 29th Sep 1910 sold to Mr. John Garton & an acknowledgement of his right to production of the title deeds was given to him". The other disentailing deed of the 2nd March 1881 is indorsed on the above mentioned Deed'.
