The dwelling house and Saddler's shop is let to Mr. A.E. Hardy for a rental of £12/10/-, the cottage is in the occupation of Mrs. Hines at a rental amounting to £3/18/-. This lot is bounded by the properties of the trustees of the will of the late J.J.R. Adams, and of Messrs. L. Bell and Mr. A. Prynne. - Lot 2: Block of four brick and timber built cottages situate on the Hill, Hockliffe as now let to Mrs. Lawson, Messrs. O. Tucker, F. Tucker & W. Cook at rentals amounting to £17/15/4. This lot adjoins lot 3 and property of the trustees of the will of the late J.J.R.
