    Draft Conveyance Parties: (i) John Garton of Houghton Conquest, Beds, farmer. (ii) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, solicitor; Robert Hobourn of the same, solicitor; Sarah Ann Mann of Hockliffe, Beds, widow and Groom Cooper Bunker of Hockliffe, farmer. (iii) Lucy Ellen Adams of Hockliffe, spinster. (iv) Sarah Ann Mann. (v) Arthur Chambers of Tebworth, Beds, retired chemical bottle stopper manufacturer. Reciting: - Will of John Warner Adams dated 8th Jan 1903 whereby all his real estate was devised to his son John James Reynal Adams subject to a payment of £-/14/- a week to his daughter (iii) and £-/5/- to his housekeeper (ii). J.J.R. Adams was also appointed executor. - J.W. Adams died on the 13th Mar 1903 and his will was proved in the Northampton District Probate Registry on the 9th Jul 1903. - Mortgage dated 22nd Mar 1905 and made between (1) J.J.R. Adams (2) (iii) (3) (iv) (4) Catherine Eliza Tanqueray whereby (a) was assigned to (4) by way of securing repayment of £600 and interest. - Transfer of above mortgage from Catherine Eliza Tanqueray to (i). - Will of J.J.R. Adams dated 16th Apr 1909 and codicil whereby (ii) were appointed executors. - J.J.R. Adams died on the 30th Jun 1909 and his will was duly proved at the Northampton District Probate Registry on the 7th Aug 1909. - All principal money and interest under the recited mortgage has been paid to (i) but no reconveyance has took place. Operative: - In consideration of £125 (i) with the consent of (iii) & (iv) and at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (v). Property: (See attached plan). (a) Three cottages with gardens, outbuildings adjoining at Eggington, Beds of 1r 29p late in the occupation of Levi Leach but now unoccupied. [Plan shows that the property is bounded on the S by High Street]. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (v) discharged from the recited mortgage and the two annuities (iii) & (iv) were entitled to. Intended to be witnessed and signed by Susannah Heath of 39 Cardiff Road, Luton, 'married'; Sarah Louisa Rudge of 24 Cardiff Road, Luton, 'married'; Gertrude Bunker of Hockliffe, housekeeper; H.J. Webber of Ampthill, solicitor and Ernest Herbert, clerk to Mr. F. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
