Copy of draft agreement… 'It is hereby agreed between Dr. Collingham Greaves Johnson on behalf of Fanny Trapp, Jack Trapp, Joseph Trapp and Trapp that he has this day sold to Herbert Trustham Eve of Bedford the house and premises known as Woodcroft, Ashburnham Road, Bedford for the sum of fifteen hundred pounds the property being freehold and free from restrictions and I hereby acknowledge the reciept of one hundred and fifty pounds from the said Herbert Trustham Eve as deposit and a contract is to be prepared by the respective solicitors and the purchase completed on 25th March 1911'.
