Draft Reconveyance Parties: (i) John Garton of Houghton Conquest, Beds, farmer (ii) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, solicitor; Robert Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor; Sarah Ann Mann of Hockcliffe, Beds, widow and Groom Cooper Bunker of Hockliffe, farmer (trustees of the will of John James Reynal Adams) Reciting: - Mortgage dated 22nd May 1905 between (1) John James Reynal Adams (2) Lucy Ellen Adams (3) Sarah Ann Mann (4) Catherine Eliza Tanqueray. - Transfer of mortgage dated 11 Apr 1907 between (1) C.E. Tanqueray (2) (i). - Will of J.J.R. Adams dated 16th Apr 1909 & further codicil dated 30th Jun 1909 whereby (ii) were appointed trustees and all real estate were to be devised to them upon certain trusts expressed in the will. - J.J.R. Adams died on the 30th Jun 1909 and his will was proved in the Northampton District Probate Registry on the 7th Aug 1909. - (ii) has paid all principal money and interest under the recited mortgages to (i). - Certain land granted by the recited mortgages has since been sold by (ii). Operative: - In consideration of all principal monies and interest being paid, (i) reconveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) See below schedule Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) discharged from all principal monies and interest. Covenants: - Subject to the annuities charged by the will of John Warner Adams, deceased.
