Letter from Joseph Anstee (auctioneer) regarding sale of corn crop. Mr Anstee has acted for Mrs Marshall in the past, and understood that he was to be instructed to sell the crop. He is not particularly concerned about the amount the corn will make, but feels that his reputation will be affected if it appears he has been ‘cold shouldered’.
