- Caroline Harris, bonnet sewer, his wife, aged 40, born Cranfield;
- Emily Harris, their daughter, bonnet sewer, aged 14, born Wootton;
- Joseph Harris, their son, aged 11, born Wootton;
- James Harris, their son, aged 9, born Wootton;
- Daniel Harris, their son, aged 6, born Ampthill;
- Bertie George Harris, their son, aged 1, born Ampthill;
- with a note that Joyce Newitt's grandfather William was the eldest son, born in Wootton in 1863, but by 1881 had moved to London and, in 1887, married Charlotte Mary Cox née mason; her mother Kathleen being the eldest of their 13 children
