Burial in the churchyard of Sanct Gylis Abbot and Confessor. For his mortuary as the law requires. To the mother church of Lincoln 2d.. To the high altar of Gravenhurst "the more" for tithes forgotten 1 ewe and a lamb.
To Joane his wife, his house and moveable goods. The other house he leaves between his children. To wife Jone his copyholding where he lives, also his copyholding called Paroms and a copyholding called Mortemans for her lifetime, and on her death these are to descend to testator's son John. To Maryan Steven, daughter of testator's brother, 2 red coffers standing in his loft and three pairs of sheets, 12 pieces of pewter and a basin, 2 candlesticks and a ewe and a lamb, also a great brass pot which once belonged to testator's father.
Wife to spend at his burial, month day and yeartide 20s..
To son John Steven his best shod cart, which is to be taken out of his wife's share.
Residue to wife Joane and William Master, executors.
