To "either" of the sons of testator's son John a quarter of barley after the next crop. Executors to keep his wife for the term of her life. Residue to son Umfray and John [.]denbrac' his son-in-law, who are executors. They are to divide between them his crop and his three carts and his "occupyng", and if they cannot agree, then the division to be made by 2 or 3 neighbours. Supervisor to be Richard Thruxston, he to have 3s. 4d..Witnesses sir John Ryppeley vicar, Richard Thruxston, Henry Coken and others.
