Folio 151 - John Meghton of Roxton, made 12 Feb. 1545/6, pr. 7 Apr. 1546. Burial in churchyard of Roxton. To mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to high altar of Roxston 12d.; to the bells of Roxston 12d.. To wife Elzabeth 26s. 8d. a year for life to be paid by testator's son John Myton out of testator's lands and tenements in Roxston. To wife also 3 beasts and 10 sheep, and "A honeste chamber, and meat and drencke so long as she will byde with John my Sonne". Son John to pay to Water Cockes 33s. 4d. at the feast of St. Peter ad. Vincula next. To each of Water Cockes children 12d.. Residue to son John Meghton who is to be sole executor. Witnesses Edward Hunt priest, John Lambert, Robert Paryn' .
