To the mother church of Lincoln 4d..To the church of Deane 6s. 8d.. To wife Alys his house in Overdeane with all lands, meadows, and pastures as long as she remains a widow. Should she marry, then testator's son John to enter on the property paying his mother each year the sum of 20s. for the term of her life. To son John 20 nobles; to son Thomas 20 nobles; to daughter Jone £5; to daughter Agnes £5; to daughter Anne £5; the sons to have their legacies at age 21, and the daughters at the age of 18. Should any child die under that age their portion to be divided among the survivors. Residue to wife Alys, executrix, who is to do what she thinks best for his soul and for all Christian souls. Supervisors Thomas Negus and Thomas Dykynges. Witnesses Thomas Delingham, John Dikinges, sir William [?]Botun priest.
