To son Thomas the house where testator lives and all the tools belonging to the shop. Also two chaldrons of coal, and Thomas is to give to his brother Edmund five marks when Edmund comes to lawful age. To daughter Maryan 40s.. To Robert Kyrke 20s.. To daughters Alys and Mary 13s. 4d. each. To mother Everhed 20d. Wife Agnes to have her dwelling in his house while she remains unmarried. Residue to wife Agnes, and she to be executrix with Edmund Emery overseer to whom 3s. 4d.; and Robert Kyrke to be another overseer. Witnesses William Pytman vicar, Edmund Emery, Thomas Reye.
