His house and lands to his son in law Richard Hawkinges to to Annes his wife, testator's daughter, and to the survivor, and on the deaths of both then to their eldest son Thomas Hawkenges, and so from one child to another, and if they all die without issue, then house and lands to be sold, and the moneydistributed in deeds of chaity and masses said for souls of testator, his father and mother, and all Christians.
