Burial in church yard of Okeley; to the high altar there for tithes forgotten 12d.; to the "maintenance of the ornamentes in the said churche" 12d.; to the upkeep of the bells 12d.. To mmen the highways "towardes the nether end of Okeley" 20d.; to the mending of Stratford Brege 20d.. sir Robert Per is to have 10s. to sing in Okeley church a trental of masses for souls of testator, of Thomas Gayll and Agnes Gale his parents, and for all Christian souls To son Symon Gale a cow and an acre of barley when it is sown. To sons John and Thomas Gale when they are 12 years old a cow each. To daughters Margret and Elzabeth at age of 14 a year old bullock and a quarter of barley. To servant Robert Gale a quarter of barley at Michaelmas next. To wife Elzabeth the copyhold farm held of the lords of Okley. To every godchild 4d.. Residue to wife Elzabeth.
