To youngest son Symon Fytz the reversion of his manor of Blundelles in Flytton, Sevelysho, Pulloxhill and Maudon, with the appurts., after the death of Hugh Swenerton To same second son Symon Fytz the younger the manor of Belkemores in Pulloxhill. All lands and tenements in Aspeley Gyse and Byrchemore after death of wife Alys to go to said Symon Fitz and his heirs. All other lands purchased by the said Symon in Pulloxhill since the gift made to William Fitz and Marcye his wife of testator's lands in Pulloxhill, Sevelyshoo, Flitton, Barton in the Cley and Heigham Gubyon (as appears in divers evidences) to William and Marcye and their heirs male and the heirs of Marcye To William Richardson and his wife and children £6 13s. 4d.. To his son Smyth of Bedford and to his wife 20 marks. To ?Richard Rockes £6 13s. 4d.. To dau. Jane £20, His wife to have all her wearing gear, and all her jewels and his jewels and all her own plate with all her own stuff, and she is to be made worth £10 of moveable goods over and besides that. An honest priest is to sing out the three years that testator has begun for the souls of his father and his mother, his "Grammer and my Grandam" and his own, and also for the soul of John Sylam. To the parish church of Baldocke in Hertfordshire where his father lies 20s.. Whereas he promised to leave William Fytz 300 marks in goods and chattels at the time of his death, he has buildt upon the house at Pulloxhill "that I nedyt not to do Synne the marriage hadde betwene hem and Marcy his wyffe so meche as the said 300 markes cummyth to". He has also left wood standing at Pulloxhill, Flitton and Sevellyshoo which he could have sold for 300 marks. To the church of Aspley Gyse towards the repairs there 40s..To every servant both man and woman 6s. 8d. besides their wages. All household stuff to Symon Fitz the younger his second son. To Pulloxhill church 20s.. His executor is to sell his plate to fulfil his will. An honest priest is to sing for his soul for 3 years. Executors his cousin Gostwike of Willington, to whom £6 for his labour; Thomas Fitzhugh of Wavendon, Bucks., gent, to whom £4 for his labour; William Richardson of Wavendon; his son-in-law Smyth of Bedford, to each of whom 5 marks.
