    Folio 40d - Jone Punter widow of Luton, made 10 Apr. 1543, pr. 27 Sept. 1544. Burial in church yard of Luton. To dau. Ann Stephen a new brass pan and half a dozen of pewter, a pewter pot, called a "threden dele pott", 2 candlesticks and one of the best sheets, 2 pair of flaxen sheets and one pair of tow sheets, one "seller" or hanging over a bed of flaxen cloth, one flaxen tablecloth, four painted cloths hanging about testator's bed, her two round gowns, one of her best kerchers, her rail with all her linen that she wears on the work days, and two [?] aprons. To son William Punter a great brass pot, 2 great chargers of pewter, 1 candlestick, 2 pewter pots of half a pint, a mattrass, a bolster, a candlestick next to the best, a blanket, 2 pair of sheets, a table cloth. To daughter Agnes Jakes her best gown, 2 pair of sheets. To Agnes Steven the daughter of John Steven 1 towel, a forcer (small chest), 1 brass pan with 2 ears, To Ame Steven the best cap and 2 table napkins, his second cover. To daughter Agnes Jaykes 2 kerchers, 1 table cloth. To Ezabell Jakes a pair of sheets, 2 pewter platters. Residue to son John Punter, who is to be executor. Witnesses Robert Wynche, Richard Helder alias Spycer, Thomas Wynche.
