    Folio 29 - Thomas Byrte of Pulloxhill made 19 May 1544 pr. 4 [?Aug. 1544] Burial in churchyard of Pulloxhill. To the mother church of Lincoln 4d.. to the high altar of Pulloxhill for tithes forgotten 3s. 4d.. His executors are to divide his crops and all other moveables into three equal parts. To his son John the first third part, and also his house and copyholding in the Brade for the remainder of testator's term of years in them both. Daughter Angnes to have the second third, and all testator's title and interest in his house of Master Vize called Barnes. To testator's sister Annes Crowche 20s.. To John Potter 13s. 4d.. To Thomas Claye 6s. 8d.. To his servants Thomas and Jone 3s. 4d. each, and 4d. to every godchild. The last third of his goods to be used for his soul at the disposition of William King the elder and Thomas Man, who are to be executors, each to have 6s. 8d..
