Thanks for your letter and return of the photographs. I will certainly send off some more books that I think may interest and be of use to you, but I must wait till after the Election declaration as I am a bit busy still till then. I shall also be very pleased to see you in about a month's time. As to the dog I will begin to look out for one if you are ready to receive it. The Government clings still to the big trained ones & send a lot abroad to the forces, but I should think they will soon cease training so many & will have some for sale. But they are difficult now to find as so many have given up breeding on account of the feeding difficulties. We may have to take what we can find so long as the dog is suitable and amiable and reasonable as to price. I am glad you have picked up some more "objets d'art". I will try and locate a photo of the front of Powerscourt. Cooper would be glad if you would soon return him his book and photos as it is now out of print and many are interested in reading it. I am interested to hear about your Firm. I will write again shortly & also keep on the look out for your requirements.
