    Folio 75 - see also ABP/R11 77d - Thomas Kylbeyff of West Hyde in parish of Luton, senior, husbandman, made 17 Apr. 1544 pr. 10 Sep. 1545. Body to be buried in the church yard of Luton. To the high altar there 12d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 2d.. To wife Agnes for life the copyhold which testator has for a term of years, and on her death copyhold to remain to son William Kylbeff for ever. Agnes and William are to keep an anniversary or yearly obit in Luton church for the term of their lives. To John Crosseley 20s.. To John Kylbeff 40s. on condition that he claims neither house nor land which testator has held in the parish of Luton, and does not vex Agnes or William about lands or tenements. Residue to Agnes and William who are to be executors, with John Crosseley supervisor. Witnesses Edmund Berdoff esquire, Robert Bysshoppe priest, William Breges priest, William Perat.
