To Joan Carter testator's middle gown, a brass pot of a gallon and a half. To Thomas Robynges of Rawnes the great pan, and to his wife a mattress, a bolster, 2 pair of sheets (one pair flaxen one pair harden). To John Robynges the son of Thomas Robynges all the tools and all the instruments appertaining to testator's smith's forge. She wishes that all her lands both arable and meadow ground (excepting the close that lies in Bedford) be sold and the money used for souls of her husband and herself The close in Bedford to go to Thomas Carter to use or to sell as he likes.
