His freehold called Jayes to go to Alys his wife for her lifetime, then to Jone Marten and her children, though the property is to be charged with 3s. 4d. annually for an obit to be kept each 10th May "whell the world doth stand". Should Jone and her children die without issue, then property to remain to the next of blood. To wife Alys all household stuff and 4 kine. 20s. to be spent on Hayre Layne from the upper end of the said lane to testator's house called "in Gosteley Grene". To Richard Chapman the remainder of the lease that testator took of "my lord Marquis Dossett" called the Berysted. To Jone Marten 4 marks in money. To Agnes Chapman 4 marks in money. To Alys Tyler 4 marks in money. To Elzabeth Tyler a quarter of barley and to John Peres 6s. 8d.. Residue to discretion of executors. Executors wife Alys, Richard Chapman, Olyver Androwes alias Tyler.
