Soul "unto Jesus Criste my moste marcyfull savyour and my body when deth hath shute uppe my eyes and taken away the use of my tong and speche I do geve and commyt unto the erth to be bured in the churche yerd of Reynall'". To mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to high altar for tithes forgotten 16d.; to the bells 4d.; to the high altar a flaxen table cloth for an altar cloth. To every godchild 4d.. To each of son Richard Watford's children, that is to say John, William and Richard Watford a two year old bullock to be given to them by their father. To Agnes Watford "one bullocke of the same age that thother be one hecforth [heifer]", a laver and a basin, a candlestick, testator's best brass pot and best pan, a chafing dish and a skillet, 5 pewter dishes , one saucer, 2 pair of harden sheets, a table cloth, a towel and testator's wife's best kirtle. To Margret Watford his brass pot which is next to his best brass pot and a brass pan. To Elzabeth Watford a brass pot and a brass pan and all the rest of testator's pewter vessels. To Jane Porter a two year old bullock, and should she die before she has received the bullock then that is to go to Agnes Porter. To his curate sir Gregory Bunne a sheet, a pillow, 2 ale tubs and a candlestick. To Elzabeth Porter 3 yards of black cloth and 6 cheeses. To Margret Ive testator's wife's white petticoat. To Williamsone's wife a black coat. To Elzabeth Thody testator's best kercher which was once his wife's. To John Jacobbe a doublet. To Agnes Watford a kettle and to John Whatford testator's best coat. Residue to son Richard Whatford, who is to be executor, and sir Gregory Bun "my gostely Father" to be supervisor. Money to be given to a priest to sing a trental of masses for souls of testator, his wife and all Christians. Witnesses Thomas Thodye, John Hempson.
