[f. 15d] (see also ABP/R 6 f. 21) Nicholas Mylward of Elnestow made 31 Mar. 1539 proved 13 Apr. 1540. "I bequeth my soull to God almeightie my savyar And Redemer" and body to be buried in the Elnestow church yard. To Richard Robert half an acre of barley, a rood of wheat, an acre of pease growing in the fields of Elnestow. Residue to wife Alys Mylward, executrix. Witnesses sir Thomas Blakemsey, John Mays, Stephen Marfild.
