- TitleDraft Memorandum "C.D.Green having this day brought in his son George Dymoke Green under Clause 3 of the within written Articles [see HN10/274/Tanqueray14] and 2 1/2 shares having been transferred to Trustees for him in the Books of the Firm out of C.D.Green's 7 shares. It is in pursuance of Clause 6 agreed as follows. (b) In the event of C.D.Green's death before G.D.Green attain 21, C.D.Green's remaining 4 1/2 shares shall be divided as follows G.D.Green shall take one half share thereof and C.W.Tanqueray & W.H.Tanqueray two shares each. (a) In the event of G.D.Green's death before C.D.Green his 2 1/2 shares shall be returned to C.D.Green. (c) In the event of C.D.Green's death after G.D.Green shall have attained 21 C.D.Green's remaining 4 1/2 shares shall be divided equally between C.W.Tanqueray, W.H.Tanqueray & G.D.Green that is 1 1/2 shares to each making the shares held by each up to 4. Notwithstanding Clause 7 C.W.Tanqueray and W.H.Tanqueray shall or such of them if he die before C.D.Green, have power and after C.D.Green's death all the partners surviving him have power to dispose by Will of the shares they hold at death - provided always that if para b shall have come into operation by the death of C.D.Green before G.D.Green attain 21 C.D.G [sic G.D.G?] shall on the death of C.W.T and W.H.T respectively have the option of purchasing a one half share out their shares respectively at the value paid by clause 2"
