    Draft Memorandum of Agreement Reciting: - William Henry Tanqueray and C[harles] D[ymoke] Green were partners in equal shares in premises in Vine Street and elsewhere in Bloomsbury and in business of distillers; - by memorandum on annual balance sheets it was agreed that in case of a change such as a death of a partner during any part of a year profits were to be calculated to 31 Dec of that year; - £22,500 taken to be the full value of the respective shares of the real estate; Operative Part: - upon the death of either partner the survivor was to carry on the business without executors etc. of the deceased partner interfering in any way to the end of the current year when the survivor would transfer to the executors etc. his share of the profits together with £22,500; - executors etc. not to demand payment of any portion of the £22,500 or capital or other sums in the name of the deceased in any larger sum than £3,000 in any one year
