Conveyance and assignment of one fifth share of and in residuary real and personal estate: Parties: (i) Frederick Fowler of Woburn, gentleman; (ii) Henry Fowler and John Charles Fowler both of Woburn, common brewers Reciting: - will of Thomas Fowler, late of 83 Victoria Road, Kentish Town [Middlesex] of 3 May 1864 charging all his real estate with payment of weekly sum of 12/- to his housekeeper Elizabeth Smart for her life; - will also bequeathed household furniture and certain legacies totalling £700 devised and bequeathed the residue of his real and personal estate to be equally divided among the sons of his late brother James; - (i), William Thomas Goodman of Toddington and Henry Parsons of St.Albans [Hertfordshire] appointed executors; - codicil to will of Thomas Fowler of 22 Jul 1865 substituting his niece Ann Goodman for (i) as executor; - death of Thomas Fowler in 1868 and proof of will and codicil by William Thomas Goodman and Henry Parsons in PPR on 8 Jul 1868; - five sons of James Fowler were living i.e. Frederick, Henry, John Charles, Joseph Francis and James Operative Part: - (i) conveyed his one fifth share of residuary estate of Thomas Fowler to (ii) in equal shares for [blank]
