    Draft will of Barnard Dimmock of Wootton, farmer: - his brother Joseph and brother-in-law William Whitehouse of Wootton, farmer to be his trustees and executors; - to his wife Elizabeth the American leather easy chair formerly of his own mother standing in the dining room at Wootton and as much of the furniture as she brought to the marriage as she chose, with executors ruling in case of dispute; - all real and residue personal estate to trustees in trust for sale and division between his wife and children as tenants in common, with children's share being vested in them at age 21; - prior to sale the real estate to be let or farmed by the executors with full powers and right to use personal estate of the testator to carry on the business as he would himself have done with trustees not answerable for any loss, except by negligence and paying profits to testator's legatees
