i) covenants to surrender into hands of Lord of Manor:
- such part of said land as in plan and in Schedule as is copyhold (2a being portion of no 10)
Said freehold and copyhold lands were contracted to be sold for £650 as one entire price for the whole and aforeaid division is only for purpose of stamp duty.
