Transfer of mortgage

ii) Peregrine Nash, 15, Peel Street, Luton, straw hat manufacturer
iii) Ann Harper, 35, Buxton Road, Luton, widow
reciting:
- will of John Webdale of 9 June 1886 by which he bequeathed to his son, i), the said principal sum of £100 and interest.
- Son also made executor as concerned mortgage debt and interest
- Said John Webdale died and will proved (PPR) on 26 September 1887
said sum of £100 is still owing
- iii) has agreed to pay said £100 to i) and to lend i) a further £150
Now in consideration of £100 paid to i) by iii)
i) assigns to iii):
- said sum of £100 and interest
Also in consideration of said sum and of £150 paid to ii) by iii)
ii) covenants to repay £250 on 29 March next and interest at 5% p.a. for so long as any principal remains due
also i) at direction of ii) conveys to iii):
- all lands in said mortgage deed (See X815/11/7)
Premises to be insured in £250 in some insurance office appointed by iii)
No lease to have effect unless iii) consents in writing
ii) attorns tenant to iii) of said premises for yearly rent of £12 10s
