Before the commencement of the Law of Property Act, 1925,
i) were seised of the property as tenants in common.
After the Act the property vested in them as joint tenants in trust for sale
Now in consideration of £1000 paid by ii) to i)
i) convey to ii):
- 13 Peel Street, Luton, and back garden
- slip of land lying at back subject to all rights of way and to the well
Each of i) shall be liable for damages only for such fraction as represents his share in the proceeds of the sale
