    i) Henry Thomas Horne, 13, Peel Street, Luton ii) Christopher George Smith, Chesterfield, clerk consideration - £500 paid by ii) to i) i) covenants to pay £500 on 31 July next and interest at £4 10s% p.a. and for so long as principal remains due Also i) conveys to ii): 1stly - 15, Peel Street, Luton, with back garden etc now in occupation of i) - so much of slip or piece of ground as is co-extensive to the same subject to rights of way as shown in plan on deed of 21 November 1877 2ndly - 13, Peel Street, Luton, with back garden etc - slip of land at back subject to right of way and to the well premises to be insured in sum of £500 in some insurance office approved by ii) No lease shall have effect unless approved by ii) signature of i) witness E B Sharpley, clerk to William Austin, solicitor, Luton also endorsed: Transfer of Mortgage a) Christopher George Smith b) William Nicholson, Rufford House, Brampton, Derbys., gentleman £500 still remains owing but all interest has been paid Now in consideration of £500 paid to a) by b) a) as mortgagee, assigns to b): - said principal sum of £500 and all interest - land and property comprised in main deed to hold to the use of b) in fee simple subject to the equity of redemption signature of a) witness Geo Harding, clerk to Messrs Shipston and Hallewell & Co., solicitors, Chesterfield
