- 2 tofts or pieces ground etc, with cottage many years since erected thereon in Holme Street, Biggleswade, formerly in occupation of Elizabeth and Mary Reynolds - other messuages built thereon by Samuel Barber, deceased in occupation of Thomas Taylor, Henry Swinscoe, John Albone, Richard Emery and Mary Phillips
- If said £125 is repaid to W H Barker and interest at 5% p.a. in a year's time then said surrender shall be void but otherwise remain in force
