Conveyance by Lease and Release (For release see Z1121/1/14) Parties: (i) Ann Denbigh of Ampthill, widow (the only surviving daughter and heir at law of John Warner late of Ampthill, mercer by Ann his wife both deceased and Elizabeth Warner the eldest daughter and sister to Ann Denbigh has long since died unmarried). (ii) Abraham Bigg of Litlington, Beds, yeoman. (iii) Thomas Cart of Ampthill, victualler. Reciting: - Mortgage by lease and release dated the 23rd & 24th Jan 1760 at Z1121/1/11 & /12. - £157/3/- is owing by (i) on the said recited mortgage. Operative: - In consideration of £360 (£157/3/- being paid to (ii) in order to satisfy the said mortgage debt) (i) conveys (a-b) to (iii). Property: - (a-b) as at Z1121/1/10.
