Richard Medcraft of Westoning, Beds, yeoman is an additional party to this release, and an extra covenant is added whereby (i) covenants to levy a fine to (iii) on (a-b) to the use of (ii), subject however, to the mortgage provisos for redemption contained in Z1121/1/10.
