I know you understand the duty of Trustee far better than any one else & feel sure what you did you would act for the best. There will be the different Writings required as I understand Mr.Wadsworth wishes to take the House on a lease next Christmas I shall feel extremely obliged if you will see to them for me & make your charges the same as any one else would the expenses must be deducted from the first money taken. Robert imagines the remaining position of Rent is in Land & might be obtained if applied for of course they will not trouble themselves if we do not, poor William Made application before & received the sum of twenty five pounds they did not say that was the whole amount coming to us five & thirty was named. If you will consider the matter & oblige me by acting as my Friend I shall feel greatly indebted it is proper that affairs should be seen after without delay I think. Please write & let me know your decision. Accept our united love to all"
