Draft Equitable Security Parties: (i) John Holdom of Fenny Stratford [Buckinghamshire], farmer; (ii) Rev.Truman Tanqueray of Tingrith; John Thomas Green of Woburn; Rev.Thomas Lingard Green of Sudbury [Suffolk] Reciting: - on 29 Sep 1880 (ii) released a farmhouse, farm buildings, cottages and 5.5 acres of land in Fenny Stratford (which, with other lands, were subject to mortgage debts of £4,000 and £2,500) to (i); - since that date (i) had sold two cottages and land with a frontage of 50ft in Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford to Rowland Brothers; - £4,000 and £2,500 secured by mortgage and further advance on 1 Jan 1878 at 4% interest were still outstanding Operative Part: - (i) had deposited conveyance drafted as HN10/271/Holdom11 with (ii) as collateral security for the two mortgage sums
