Letter from Berry Christian at 384 Commercial Road East, London to John Thomas Green: "It was very unfortunate that I should have had to attend the Lambeth Police Court when you were last in London as it is absolutely necessary for me to see you. Time runs on and expense is almost daily incurred, still Tyler Keeps possession. He was on Wednesday last bound over to keep the peace for threatening my life, but this does not help us as he still is and means to keep possession. Ejecting Tyler seems useless. I must see you, so please make an early appointment".
