    Marriage Settlement Parties: (i) Elizabeth Tanqueray of Tingrith, spinster; (ii) Vincent Ashfield King of Liverpool [Lancashire], esquire; (iii) Truman Tanqueray of Tingrith, clerk; William Henry Denison of Fenton House, Wavendon [Buckinghamshire], esquire Reciting: - intended marriage of (i) and (ii); - (i) was entitled to £5,000 of which £3,000 was in the hands of George Tanqueray of Pall Mall, Westminster [Middlesex], £1,500 in the hands of Charles Tanqueray & Company of Vine Street, Bloomsbury [Middlesex] and £500 in the hands of John Samuel Tanqueray of Vine Street and they had executed bonds to (iii) that they would pay the sums to (i) with interest at 5% interest; - the £5,000 to be settled upon trusts Operative Part: - (iii) to stand possessed of money and interest in trust for (i) until the marriage and afterwards to pay income to (i) for her sole use; - should (i) survive (ii) the £5,000 plus interest would be paid to her absolutely but if (i) died before (ii) the principal and interest to be assigned upon trust to the children as previously directed by (i), in default of any direction to them equally as tenants in common; if no children then upon trust for (ii) or any other person previously specified by (i); - should (i) die without children and intestate the principal and interest to be distributed to her next of kin as appointed by statute Witnesses: - Anne Tanqueray of Tingrith; - Thomas Lingard Green of Woburn; - John Green of Woburn Indorsement Deed of 11 Nov 1876 Parties: (i) Vincent Ashfield King and Elizabeth, his wife; (ii) Catherine Elizabeth King, only child of (i); (iii) Truman Tanqueray and William Henry Denison; (iv) John Thomas Green of Woburn, gentleman; Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, gentleman Reciting: - (i) had duly married and (ii) was the only issue and had now become 21; - all the trust funds were now invested with George Tanqueray of Pall Mall and (i) and (ii) wished to resettle them Operative Part: - (i), (ii) and (iii) and the request of (i) and (ii) assigned the £5,000 to (iv) upon trusts as previously stated
