My Marble Table & black & gold Chairs to go to my Brother Wm & all my old China, pictures & any Furniture he may like & any Books, Engravings, & (as in will) the rest of my Furniture to Constance A.Cooke should she require it, if not some to her & my Nieces Elizabeth & Georgina Robinson. £100 to Mr.Cecill. My Sister Lucy to have some Books she likes. Constance Amelia Cooke the wife of the said William Harris Cooke to have £1,500 & that, with what she may receive from the residue of my Money or any Books, Furniture, jewels &c to be so securely tied up upon herself that neither her Husband nor his Creditors can touch it. Should her Husband out live her he is to have the interest for his life & after his death to go to their Son Henry Bell Cooke & should he marry to be settled upon his wife, child or children, but should he die before his parents then Constance Amelia Cooke can , after the death of W.H.Cooke, will it to any members of her family, or should she require any ready money to use what she requires"
