Letter to Frederic Thomas Tanqueray from Elizabeth Seabrook at 73 Castle Road, Bedford "I am writing another Codicil made and I shall be obliged if you will have it drawn up as early as you can. It is this. I desire that my Niece Elizabeth King now of Lidlington Ampthill takes no part or share whatever in my Freehold property of Grove House Aspley Guise, but as stated in my Will I wish her to have her share of my household effects after distribution has been made of gifts in Codicils or in lists and also after all expenses are paid. I desire to give to Miss Francis Davis now of 7 Harrington Road Kensington London the sum of twenty pounds free of any tax whatever. Will you let me know whether to meet you at at [sic] your Office in Ampthill as I did before will suit you, and if it will will you let me hear from you a few days before I come"
