Copy letter from J.R.Eve at Silsoe to R.B.Stafford at Bedford: "We look upon it that the Award is incomplete, as Mr.Pulley has not included the dilapidations for which Mr.Barnes must be clearly liable. He has however taken an account of them & I am quite willing to leave him to say for what sum Mr.Barnes is liable & then a settlement could be made. You will remember there is a quarter's rent due. If Mr.Barnes in any way presses for the payment for fixtures, proceedings will at once be taken for the rent & the amount of dilapidations"
