Letter from Ampthill Brewery [John Thomas Green?] to son of George Barnes [?] "I have heard from Counsel that I cannot claim for your Father to deal with me for Beer Spirits &c so long as his tenancy lasts, for it appears that after the death of Mr.Corcoran the owners of the property accepted the Agreement as it stands. I will write to Messrs Corcoran & Co that the beer sent to your father from here under the erroneous impression that the benefit of your father's Agreement belonged to me &c."
