Copy of Counterpart of lease 1) Ann Tye of Woburn, widow 2) Emery Bodger of Southill, farmer lease from 1) to 2) for 21 years at annual rent of £250 - all that messuage tenement or farm house farm and lands situate lying and being at Wooton Pillinge in the Parishes of Wooton and Marston Moretaine comprising a farm house, barns, outbuildings, yard, garden, orchard arable land and pasture or sward ground formerly containing by admeasurement 185 acres 3r and 30p but since the construction of the Bedford and Bletchley Railroad which runs through a part of the said lands about 180 ac 1r 22 p.
