(iii) Samuel Exton Swaffield of 12 Queens Road, Windsor, Berkshire & Albert Edward Grimmer of Ampthill, cycle agent. Reciting: - Marriage settlement dated 19th Jun 1868 and made between (1) Benjamin George Swaffield and (ii) (2) Henry Richard James Swaffield and Samuel John Swaffield being a settlement made on the marriage of (1). - Benjamin George Swaffield died on the 31st Jan 1889. - Henry Richard James Swaffield died on the 21st Apr 1909. Operative: - (i) appoints (iii) as new trustees for the marriage settlement recited. Habenudm: (iii) to hold freehold property and effects for trusts outlined in the marriage settlement and also in accordance with investments in mortgages outlined in below schedule: - Mortgage from William Thomas Sharpe for £800 plus £5 per centum per annum interest; property at Ampthill and Maulden, Beds being the security for repayment. - Mortgage from Charles Robert Fleming for £350 plus £4 per centum per annum interest; property at Bedford being the security for repayment.
