To his wife Alys his lease of the Grange Ferme of Howghton and all the other leases he has from the house of Chickesand, and also the lease of his house in Chapell Ende held of Henry Awdeley gentleman. To each child such portion of his goods as will be decided by his executors and overseer. Residue to his wife Alice. His executors his wife Alys, his brother William Wilborn and his brother Thomas Riche. Overseer sir William Coveing the parson of Howghton Conqueste Gildable. Witnesses Richard Wodford, Thomas Savage of Howghton, Edmund Abbott and William Gale of Malden.
