    Folio 164d Richard Decons of Marston Morteyn, gentleman, made 23 May 1543, proved 13 July 1543. Burial within the church of Marston; to the high altar there 3s. 4d.; to the church of Lincoln 8d.. To his brothers Thomas Decons and Francis Decons 100 marks sterling which are due to the testator from the executors of my lady Norton, lately deceased "by the Reason [--- - - - -] and bequeste of my father's last will whose soull God pardon". After the recovery of the 100 marks, testator's brother Francis is to administer the money, of which one half is to go to his brother Thomas, and one half to himself. After testator's death his wife Ezabell is to have all the lands and tenements in Reding in Barkeshyre for her lifetime, which are then to go to testator's son Thomas and the heirs of his body, in default to the lawful heirs of the testator. His wife Ezabell is to have also the reversion of Stoke Brewerne and appurtenances in the county of Wylkshyre and the manor of Nevelles in the parish of Abbottes Langley in the county of Harford for her lifetime, reversion to testator's son Thomas Decons and the heirs of his body, in default to the lawful heirs of the testator.
