Burial in the church yard of Eton; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar of Eton for tithes forgot 6d.; for dirige and mass on his burial day 3s. 4d..
To son Thomas Norton and his heirs, testator's house called the Wrastelerrs with all implements contained in the inventory in that same house. If son Thomas should die without heirs, then the Wrastelers is to be sold by the counsel of twelve men of St. Neotes, six of the head men and six of the other mean men, the twelve to be chosen by the executors. The Wrastellers is to be sold for £40 or more, and the money used in deeds of charity for the souls of testator and his ancestors and all Christians, that is 10s. yearly for a derige and mass, and 10s. to be given yearly to poor people for 20 years, the mass to be sung at the Jesus altar.
To the repairs of the long bridge of St. Neotes £10 out of the said house, if it be sold for lack of issue, and another £10 for marriages, that is 6s. 8d. a marriage for 30 marriages in St. Neods.
To Thomas Soley his black coat, his buck leather doublet, best cap, a white pair of hose and his leather jerkin.
To the poor bedemen dwelling in the Alms Houses of St. Neodes 20d.. To those who carry him to the church 8d.; to the Sepulchre of Eton 12d.; to the Rood light in Eton 12d..
To father Cokke his best russet hose and his low shoes. To Sawnder Frear 2 sheep and a wether hog and a ewe hog. To father Tyllye his best shoes and his socks.
